there will be a lot of uncertainty over the next 4 years and I feel bad for those people who have flimsy safety nets to protect themselves with. credit card debt is close to $1.2 trillion dollars and interest rates on credit cards are going up.. Collection efforts are going to resume against people with past due student loans. I suspect that a lot of college and state funding will be cut by the trump administration. their cuts have to come from somewhere. I wonder how may colleges will do the math and stop having footballs programs. When I first came here 8 years ago I did not see any homeless people not it seem every median at an intersection has someone with a sign.

I spoke to a relative who is an engineer and he told me that ai is now generating about 80% of the content of the reports has to write. I wonder how many junior analyst positions will disappear.
