Krugman isn't the brightest bulb in the chandelier. We would all be in Orwell's "1984" today without it. The Democrats following every call of the administration. Many had brazenly admitted or even bragged that they wouldn't even read bills before voting in favor.

If the Democrats would simply arrive with a bill and give the public a chance to react it would be a bit more wholesome.

The exaggerated manner in which they push bills (administration, senate and house) claiming emergent needs for each and each is a jobs bill or deficit/debt fighter is ridiculous.

They have already gone way to far and this nut Krugman wishes they could act against the will of the people even better lol.

No Kenneth, the lies must always be sifted from the actions and intentions of these branches before legislation can be rammed through and signed.

No party should have such unchecked ability. No party should act act with such deceit. Pronouncing they are doing it for the good of the voters who just don't understand, no longer gets it! The people in the USA have become very suspicious of the government and the manner in which they attempt to pass Bills with "slight of hand".

What happened here is a magician underestimated his audience. Once they catch on to how a trick was performed, the rest of the ACT is scrutinized.

The workings of the Majority Democrat Party in both Houses has been and continues to be in entire secrecy. The pledge was "transparency" and there has been none since Obama's election. In fact it has become a darker much more opaque system.
