I would think it likely that Iran too, would have ignored Bush as North Korea ignored Clinton, without the war in Iraq.

What Iraq war is restraining Iran. Isn't it a fact that Iran is calling the shots in Iraq through the Shia proxy. Countries that want a nuclear weapon go about it quietly and after they build and detonate one, the world comes to know about it. Example N.Korea, India Pakistan. NOw if Iran really wanted to build one or let us had the capability to build one, you think they would go around making the type of noise they are making? They know diddly on how to make bombs. They are just using this as negotiating tactics and to extract as much guarantees they can from the US.

Just read it up and think for yourself.
