If I recall correctly, Kerry's tax the $200K+ taxpayers, will result in an additional $40 bn in revenues, nowhere near enough to pay for all the goodies he wants to provide. I wish I could give you the source for the $40 bn, but I don't recall it, though it was seemingly reputable.
