Whether you feel that Brinker's advice meets your needs is clearly a personal decision. My view is that we are at a turning point. If the market continues down from here, continuing to make new lows for the foreseeable future, it would be hard to find any argument that would prove that the model was not flawed. On the other hand, if Bob's most recent forecast of new highs in 1999 comes true, I for one would not be bothered by a missed call on the depth of a correction. Nevertheless, you must make the decisions you are comfortable with, and if, as Bob puts it, your "sleep quotient" is not being met, then obviously you must act accordingly.

I would like to say also that I have always enjoyed reading your posts, and I know you will be greatly missed on this thread.

Best regards,
Richard
