LOL! Finally Bush puts a number on the table, and Eilperin wonders why it's an issue and calls it "an opening". The game from here will be to oooh and aahhh, tsk tsk, and pay the extortion, on behalf of emasculated taxpayers. Stand by and watch the fun, with $500k bridges being built for a low, low $50 million, the remaining $49.5 million as payoffs to insiders and tithed to the '04 campaign. Iraq will look more like LA than West Virginia. Screw W. Virginia, they're only Americans, after all.
