NEW ON DWA NEW ALERTS: Each day we report on the technical activity from the previous day. This allows a user to check activity for each of their portfolios in the system. We have expended this feature a bit. Now when you pull up a chart if it is one that showed a technical change from the previous day, you will see a red Alert in the upper right hand side of the chart. Under it will be a word or two describing what changed. For example, if the weekly momentum changes to positive it would say "momentum reversed positive." By adding these alerts to the chart, a stock does not have to be in your portfolio for you to be alerted. We are still adding to this feature so keep an eye out for the alerts. We have added mutual fund links to the Resource Page to help you in your fundamental search. Some of these interesting sites include: Bloomberg Mutual Fund News, which shows the last 2 day period of pertinent news inside the fund industry. Mutual Fund Connection (ICI) allows you to retrieve totals for new sales and redemption's for the fund market at large. This site also covers market trends, regulations and legislation issues that involve the fund market. We have also included a link to Federal Reserve System so you can retrieve the latest from Allan Greenspan, which is helpful for keeping in pace with your bond fund strategies. Fund Info By Quicken offers Morningstar and Value Line profiles for a large universe of funds for free. In addition, there is a list of home pages for many of the fund families you use most. Each of these links are helpful in putting together insightful presentations for your clients. If you know of other helpful links, do not hesitate to give us a call.
