That sounds about right to me. Camino motherboards would have cost around $150 at its release, had there been one. Carmel motherboards would be $100 more because of the dual Rambus channels, the six-layer design, and dual processor support. Maybe one other feature as well, but since I'm not sure, I won't mention it by name.
