Michael, give it up.

There is absolutely no doubt in mind that one of the great regrets Bill Clinton will have about his period in the presidency is that he didn't pursue bin Laden earlier and more aggressively. But that's seeing things in retrospect. Clinton is no longer in charge. Now it's Bush's turn. We are where we are. The relevant questions now are whether the policies being pursued are the best for getting bin Laden and putting an end to Al Q.
