If the online ordering does not work, call the company in the morning at 877-zicam-cold, tell them the situation and they should be able to help you. I am sure they are interested in knowing if the online ordering is down, but it could be that they are changing servers. Whatever the circumstances may be with the website, I am sure they will want to help you.
