I note with interest Vaughn's reply 763 and I wonder if 'this door was left open' again as according to the current legal action employed by SUF and RG would entail the following and I quote Valuepro reply 761:
'compensation for the expropriated property is mutually agreed upon,or failing that,is an amount determined by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act,1965 or by any competent court'
Wonder what settlement figure will be reached on the M1 pipe with an in-situ value of $450/tonne x 685,000 tonnes = $308,000,000.??
