I'd put it another way. Can Apple keep revenues above $1.5 billion? $1.6 billion? If sales stay steady or increase, they don't need more operational savings.

Jim, what's your take on this diluted earnings deal? Almost twelve million extra shares, which are the shares held by ??? The Japanese banks? Power shareholders? Would like your thoughts here. Looks like Apple is giving everyone a choice--one can say they beat estimates by .02 or missed by .02. :)

Anyway, I also note that Apple made seven million in interest, which looks to be sustainable too. This interest could even make the difference of a profit or loss next quarter.
