As I read your diatribe, I interpret it as the shorts are gamblers and the longs are strategic planners. May I suggest that they are both playing in the same casino with the same dice? One could consider that the only difference is Bulls are on the pass pass line and the Bears are on the 'don't pass' line. We are all the same, albeit with differing checking account balances. Have you ever thought about moving to DisneyLand?
