I think that if you ignore a racial insult that has occurred next to you on the subway, not even putting an expression on your face to convey to the target that you sympathize, you are part of the problem and causing harm. I don't agree, but I do agree that the world would be a better place if fewer people did not have a negative reaction to racism and unjust racial discrimination. Tim
