AGPH still has many shorts, and they can't be feeling too safe with the recent run-up. Many see it as simply another VVUS (over-hyped, over-valued and manipulated). And, truth be told, it will move down again. But there are too many people with too much capital behind this stock, and the potential upside is staggering. That said, I don't think I could stomach being short on this one. But, of course, others disagree. And that's what makes a market.
