A post was made to this thread not too long ago that stated that there are new codecs coming out that are better than EPAC. Everybody pretty much ignored that post and the post of the review. But now that the review may reach a larger audience, you get defensive? <<If MP3 was so good then why aren't the music labels encoding their libraries with it? I suppose it will be MPfree forever then.>> bob, you know security is not an issue in Phase I. You also know that the SDMI no longer has an issue MP3. By Phase II or before MP3 will be as secure as any other codec. Did you read this: wired.com Is EDIG going too low and you are just getting a little nervous?
