I don't know. I'm not saying that I know that MS has never had bundling agreements that restrict preloading other vendors' software. I think that if there were/are such agreements, that is wrong, and an abuse of having the dominant OS platform. I guess that's why we need the trial, to bring all the facts out.

I haven't read the lawsuits yet, but I plan to. I don't have the block of time right now to devote to read a fifty-seven page document. But what the media so far has picked up on are internal memos which have highly competitive statements in them. But high-tech is very competitive, with a whole lot of companies striving to achieve dominance in their particular market segment. Netscape is no exception.
