I thought 70% restriction was enough, guess not.
OT:
I just indicated interest in Silknet through Schwab. First time I've used them for an IPO. If you sell the shares before 6 months, you are blacklisted from IPOs for the next 6 months. It would be hard watching an immediate triple slowly dissolve, but with all the companies CMGI will push out, I'd hate to miss the opportunity of other great IPOs.
