In fact the "statements" were lies. You lied when you stated that Valence had no manufacturing capability. You lied when you said that Valence had no product. You lied when you said that Valence had no unique technology. Since your lies Valence has obtained purchase orders from QCOM, Quantum, NASA, U.S. Navy, European cell phone manufacturers and now has a very broad patent portfolio for manufacturing Lithium Polymer batteries. Why did you retract your statements if they were true? You know as much about portable energy sources as you do about broadband internet access.
