You know as well as I do that there are gradations of practice of any religion. There are extreme orthodox Jews who claim a standard of "Jewishness" and anyone who does not rise to that standard in their eyes is not Jewish. For you to say any Jew who does not study(and what the heck does that mean anyway)Torah is not Jewish is ignorance of the facts. By fundamantalist christians I meant those who claim "Born again" status. Do they claim all others are not really Christians? If so, they are simply othodox of another stripe.

Now if you want to claim that the Jewish orthodoxy speaks for all Jews just to prove your point that Israel is not a Jewish state, then we have no where else to go.
