ames, BPZ Energy (BPZI) -- they will not be "selling natgas at local prices". They will be selling electricity, mostly at a regulated price. The weather in the Northern Hemisphere has not a single iota of impact to BPZ Energy. Not sure what the weather is like in Peru, but whatever it is, that also is of little or no relevance to BPZ Energy.
