OT--- When and were did you live? I am going for the month of November and will drive the whole country. I almost bought a house last visit in the Nicoya but decided just to move there and rent my house in Florida (I can live like a king off $2,500 in rent). I am looking at renting in Escazu or San Pedro (where Univ. of Costa Rica is located) for a year before buying. I will be the ONLY CCIM in the country-- good commercial real estate there with Intel (25% of their world production) and Microsoft (ALL Spanish language programs done there) and Boeing snooping around. Any ideas?
