This is the shot to break into European cartel. What about the smaller operators of Europe who wisely chose not to invest in 3G auction tax? They would be silly not to consider this 1X EV overlay, just like small operators like Alltel is doing now (granted they have a CDMA system). IF European lemmings stays still they fall further behind. Voop
