Conversion Ratios: VSGN TO BORL CONVERSION RATIO: V = 0.81988 * B BORL TO VSGN CONVERSION RATIO: B = 1.21969 * V Asking price of each at the close: B = 9.9375 V = 7.5313 Friday's Best Buy: VSGN is "worth" 0.81988 of 9.9375 or 8.1475, but it's trading at 7.5313. VSGN is telling us that BORL is only worth 9.1859 using the VSGN to BORL conversion. The thing to keep in mind is that this will change instantaneously tomorrow so there's no guarantee the discount will hold.
