ELEF struggling because many of those who bought early when it was PCY did so strictly for its real good vanadium deposit. Now it is a bit of a scramble with the silver assets and the bad situation in Bolivia just adds to the confusion. Need to see the vanadium assets spun out soon and that part I will keep. Better risk/reward with silver else where.
