I just don't want to do a lot of options and trading in and out -- I think one can do well simply selling some on huge advances and redeploying this on declines, not forgetting basics about valuation. $HUI:$GOLD shows hardly any froth and juniors are a steal here -- can the deals get better?? heck, yes ... I regard another break of hui == 400 to be quite unlikely and have put money on it. I doubt there are very many people who can execute a strategy as you describe ...
