$35.10 per share seems like a good deal. If so, why is CCA trading at 30? ... With USCC, PZN increased its owned beds by 43%, from 12,214 to 17,489. More importantly, with this $255 million purchase ... That amounts to $48,341 per bed. Something's wrong here. The possible saving grace here is that CCA shareholders, having to approve the merger, can veto the deal. Tulvio
