Malcolm, well break-even was reached this quarter. EBTIDA definitely in the black. Apart from this the doomsday-trigger (e.g. floorless convertible) was removed Nov.12 when convertible preferred holders agreed to a floor on conversion price at $0.50. This ends the appeal of shorting-against-the-box strategies of debenture holders. If the Bel A. order commences next quarter, Revenues should be near $10 million. If not, I expect sales to be at $9.5 million highest and a tiny profit of 0.02-0.03 cents for the Q4.. Anyway, I still think it's too early to get in. Will probably consider it in January.. best regards CROSSY
