(NewsTraders) -- Telscape International Inc. (TSCP) has withdrawn a filing covering a proposed offering of 3.64 million shares, according to papers filed at the SEC Wednesday. The company said that selling its shares at or near the current price it is currently trading would cause "significant dilution to the company's current stockholders." The original filing covering the securities was submitted to the SEC on July 31.
