Would anyone like to explain this trade made at 1:00 PM today when GATE was at 44 1/2.

Short 80 Sep 40 Calls
Short 180 Sep 45 Calls
Long 260 Sep 35 Puts

I don't know if the calls are covered or not. I assume it was one institution since they are in proportion. Any ideas?
