The people I know there are holding on, looking long term. I was a bit suprised when they told me this, gotta be tempting to sell 1-2000 shares to buy a car, house, etc. I would think the VC guys who are in for $1/share would be shedding the stock and looking for the next co to incubate. They ended 96 w/ a head count of 500 I think they are up to 700 which would indicate strong business, fixed costs spread over more employees should give much better than 4Q 96 profits of .05/share.
I think they also benefit more from the Cisco relationship than does Cisco ( they tend to be brought in to solve complex problems Cisco finds). They are also various consultants consultants (doing the network side). Remember, besides the billable hours they have their EnterprisePRO remote management tool. I would think this can have a tremendous impact on their revenue. However at 150x last years earnings, its still pretty richly valued.
