Dear Lance:

I am the analyst who has followed ACRT for TAGLICH BROTHERS,micro-cap specialists, for the past two years. Growing top line and bottom line growth will eventually force investors to recognize ACRT, especially when growth is so difficult in an economy that is only growing at 2%.

The market may not believe in the TAD business until sales reach $50 to $100 million.

As ACRT increases in market cap, more institutions will become interested.

Hopefully, ACRT will stay below $7 so investors can purchase a company trading well below its growth rate, with consistent growth, and a strong balance sheet and with shareholder-oriented management.

Regards,

John Chew
