Last year Business Wire picked up on the story on April 9th. That seemed odd to me. I thought companies had 90 days from the close of the year to report their 10K It must have taken BW a while to pick up on the story.

I agree with the Gambler. It'd be nice to hear from Mr. Mulshine. At least something more definitive than "in the middle of the month".
