What? My C-ball is bugged?

Actually, my projection is based on the P/E high to low fluctuation on infromix for the last five years from value line and a projected 15% earnings growth from the anticipated 1997 earnings of 82 cents.

Do a little work and multiply 82 cents growing at 15% for 5 years by the high informix P/E and see what you get. Actually, about $1.60 by about 20( conservative) does give about 32. I stand corrected, 32 by 2002.

Of course if we get back up into the 30% earnings then expect higher.

Have you noticed that the general market has been going down and that there was a huge rotation out of tech stocks the last six months.

So, their price action will be guided I think more by their fundamental earnings and P/E investor sentiment swings rather than investor enthusiasm and rapture with tech. Are the big boys coming back for sure in the next 6-12 months?

All that aside, I would just love for the dead cat to resurrect and bounce up to 20 in the next six months. If your right, I'll gladly eat value line, the whole book.

Have you seen that inter office IOC from oracle floating about in the oracle thread, the killinformix ioc. Looks like, if we believe oracle,
informix is weak, disorganized, and vulnerable to an oracle marketing blitz????????
