Mike: Thanks for the additional details on Howard Schilit's opinion of CATP. I posted the section of the 10Q that I did because I thought it was the section pertaining to "Accounts Receivable" and "prepaid expenses". I will be away for a few days but would like to get into this when I get back. At a minimum maybe I'll learn something about accounting :-) Bill
