Well, you're definitely right about Rhapsody. MSFT has no rights to it and would have to pay through the nose to license any. ($425 million sounds about right.)

As a chip aside, isn't it interesting that MOT is now able to come up with sufficient numbers of 350 mhz Mach 5 chips? Apple definitely took some heat for pulling the 9600/350 but it's back.
