The site www.vectorvest.com lists qntm,wdc and seg as recommended buys based upon their analysis. Last fall when qntm was rockin up to 42 and the analysts said it was going to 50-60, they listed SELL, which lasted up to about a month ago and then Hold kicked in until the BUY listed this morning.
