That sounds like my plan. I was actually doing the slim fast because I'm to lazy to count calories. Walking on the tread mill before work and walking the neighborhood at lunch hour.

My Uncle told me once your past 50 you should never walk past a bathroom without taking advantage of it. I've found the same thing at 42 when your drinking that much water:)
