Ok that's a reasonable answer, in ( Message 33385781 ) so therefore China must pay up because they designed a supervisory system that failed and brought about widespread illnesses, vaccination, long term degradation of human abilities and death.

China should deliver the compensation needed in the effort to compensate the worldwide victims of China negligence and misjudgment.

Every MD in the Western world is responsible for his actions as is the hospital he works for, even if the patient died or crippled due to misjudgment of the medical personnel and the act was not intentional.

Chine should pay trough their nose if needed. Refusing then it is justified to take it by an united world force.
