Read this Foreign Affairs article - calling for negotiations “when the right time comes”. Nicely written article - all based on the assumption that the war isn’t moving anywhere, and all sides should be willing to negotiate - as long as each can save face and claim victory. Not a word about what started the war - which was NATO trying to expand to the East of Moscow.
