Further, I would suggest that teen pregnancy and birth are/may be down because of abstinence chic rather than condom classes.
From what I can tell, it's a function of both, which is fine by me. Abstinence is clearly the safest way to go, both from the practical standpoint of pregnancy and from the emotional development and moral standpoints.
