There has been some speculation that BORL could have used cash rather than share issue to finance the acquisition on this thread. I feel that the share issue is preferable (even though my ownership of BORL is diluted). The use of cash would lead to a cashless company wheras BORL really needs cash to fund R&D and maybe an unprofitable quarter. In addition although I own less of BORL I will be a part-owner of what now is VSGN whithout spending any money. I will simply be a smaller owner of a bigger company not a smaller owner of the same company...the word "dilution" does not tell the whole truth..
