I read the entire article. It literally had no unique analysis, but the same tired idea “NATO” and “US meddling caused it”, with of course the obligatory Ukraine is a very corrupt country.
No nuance, no analysis of statements Putin has made in speeches denouncing the breakup of the Soviet Union etc.
The joining NATO meme has been debunked so many times I’m not going to waste SI server space on it, especially since Finland and Sweden are on the precipice of joining.
I hope Maldova is next, as it’s obvious to me Putin had his mind set on invading the country if his plans for Ukraine went well.
That’s probably the biggest benefit of this war with Ukraine, that being; Russia is paying a big price and it might wake up the mad-man in the Kremlin from planning more invasions in the “war torn area”.
Why is it so war turn? Obviously, it’s near the evil empire, where war, corruption, torture, famine and dictatorship is too often the norm.
There must be something in the water beneath Moscow, because they love sending young men to die for stupid state causes, and admire those who blow up woman and children with bombs.
Toss a few more missiles today Vlad, then shoot back a few shots of Vodka and party about it.
When dealing with a mass murderer, better to not try and examine his “nuance” reasoning. Evil is simply evil. By now, the tyrant in the Kremlin knows he cannot win the war in Ukraine and take over the entire country like he planned, but its not going to stop him from having more hissy fits about it and kill thousands more before it’s over (if ever).
If I were Zelenskyy, I would find a way to develop missiles and start launching them at Moscow on a one for one basis every time Putin launches one at Ukraine. It’s not like Ukrainians lack the ability to learn how to build such weapons. |
