Our congress is corrupt through and through the rightwing GOP, and the corruption spreads right over to the White House where it goes all the way up the ladder to the top. Of course inbetween the two is K Street where the lobbyists have been encouraged since 2000 to pay off rightwing politicians in exchange for legislation, deregulation, special business favors and earmarked pork barrel spending.

There is also disturbingly huge corruption over in Iraq.
Halliburton leads that effort to fleece the US taxpayers.
