I would have to say that at this point no legitimate news organization considers it a scandal with respect to Christie. There has, quite simply, not been the slightest evidence of any wrongdoing, IIRC.

Many of the far left news organizations like MSNBC are trying to make a scandal out of it. It is so ridiculous that even left wing nutjob Bill Maher confronted Maddow on his show about it.

If something new turns up it could become a scandal, but it is starting to look as though Christie has been totally truthful and responsible throughout.

Unlike Obama, who endures scandals and doesn't hold anyone responsible, Christie acted swiftly and without hesitation.
