That means, nobody in Washington has will have the power to do anything exceptionally stupid. Not a bad outcome.
I can hear Joe Biden’s voice: “Hold my ice cream!”.

The executive branch (not necessarily Joe personally) is assertive, aggressive - and blundering through days and issues. If the Reps win Congress - which is still a possibility - maybe they could have a moderating effect. Even though I wouldn’t bet on that.
