Suess, At some point you lost credibility, especially after admitting to posting under false pretenses. Like I said before, I never fully trust a person unwilling to post under a true name.

I may have been too high in my valuation of the Company last fall (given some of the overhead expenses and charges that were later realized), but the Company has always been profitable, has shown good top line growth, has excellent gross margins and has never has been a scam. At least I put my money where my mouth is and am careful to always say what I believe. The Company is dramatically undervalued today given its fundamentals such as sales, earnings, projected earnings and history of and prospects for growth.

You really should know and speak with some of the people that you so wrongly accuse before you say these inflammatory things about them and the company they are affiliated with. I'd like to see some substance to your accusations. Calling a company a scam doesn't make it so, especially when the company has consistently reported sales and earnings. The fact that ERGB had some charges and development expenses associated with CTSS in 1997 and has had more overhead (including legal expenses) than was anticipated, doesn't make the company a scam. The sales have shown up as anticipated and the gross margins are there for the value and earnings to be realized in the future.

I'd like to know who you talked with about the NTRL lawsuits and what they specifically said. Also, it would be interesting to see what documents you looked at. As you are aware, ERGB has a libel and slander lawsuit against NTRL and motioned for summary judgement on a number of NTRL's claims. NTRL also dropped the arbitration matter. In the past, I'd seen some of the underlying documents and information. I've also had a lot of experience in this type of litigation as a consultant. I just don't think that it will ever get anywhere.
