Man, this is getting better and better. I just spoke to one of the analysts that follows the company - here are some of his interesting insights: FDA approval for children may come a lot sooner than we think (I figured that was 6 months out). He thinks maybe as soon as 30 days, given that they have succesfully tested it on over 80 kids, and that Dr. Cozean's forte is getting quick FDA approval. This approval will be HUGE. Read the S-4 filed today (not on Edgar yet). Cowen is handling the Eye-Sys acquisition. Premier will have $94MM in cash once all the warrants are converted in November - quite a nice kitty with which to go shopping for some more acquisitions. Think Cowen would like to get those fees? Who is the biggest name in health technology research? Bingo. Cowen & Co. The only question in my mind is "WHEN", not "IF" does their STRONG BUY recommendation come. Louis
