I'm not much into the conspiracy theory thing.

But the AZ tabulator failures seem strange to me. First, these are hardware and presumably expensive. You'd think there could have been an onsite service tech there. I worked in an office where we had multiple Xerox 9700s, and when we were up against tight schedules (in my case a one day delay could result in a $500K penalty) we would have a guy there all weekend if needed.

In Houston, there were many sites in "Republican" areas where somehow they ran out of paper for printing the ballots after selection. How the hell does that happen?

It does seem a bit weird to me that little things like this happen and someone's head doesn't roll.
