Andrew...

It is up to the company as to when they would call the warrants,
after they meet the criteria of 6 3/8 - 20days. They do not have
to call them immediately after the 20 days are met, or call them
at all.

The 30 days to convert is the minimum that the company could
impose. I believe that this is 30 trading days...but I would ask
that someone clarify this.

I would suspect that they would call them shortly after they
meet the criteria, to increase their cash flow...but it is
their decision.

I have stayed away from the warrants, as I consider the
premium too great at this time. Also be aware, at the time the
warrants are called, their value(and the stock) may decrease
in value significantly. (Examples BNGO(W), MVSI(W)) I hope this is
not the case with TPRO(W), but if so - it should provide another
buying opportunity for those long TPRO.

Holiday Wishes to All...topper.
